These Terms govern your use of the OffLingo app. By using OffLingo, you agree to them.

Subscriptions (OffLingo Pro)

OffLingo Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered as:

• Monthly — billed each month.
• Yearly — billed each year; may include a 7-day free trial.

Key terms:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. For a free trial, payment is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel in Settings > your Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
• Purchases and restores are handled by Apple. No OffLingo account is required. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Free features

OffLingo offers text translation and a limited daily amount of camera and voice translation without a subscription. Pro unlocks the full language catalog, unlimited camera and voice translation, the phrasebook, and future updates.

Translation quality — important

Machine translation can be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on OffLingo as your sole source for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or emergency decisions. OffLingo is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

Acceptable use

You may use downloaded language models only through OffLingo. Do not attempt to extract, redistribute, or repackage them. Do not use the app to violate any law or the rights of others.

Availability of language packs

The availability of Apple's system language packs depends on your device, OS version, region, and Apple's services. Extended language packs are downloaded from a content-delivery network and may change over time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OffLingo and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
